COVID-19 policy

 

 

Following on from recent government guidance on Covid-19 (Coronavirus), we are minimising face-to-face contact with clients and staff to protect health and reduce the risk of infection.

 

We are now carrying out meetings over Skype, and using phone or email to contact clients. Until the current situation changes, we will not be holding meetings with clients either at our premises or at other locations.

 

We are ensuring business continuity with home-working for staff, and we anticipate that we will be able to continue providing our services as normal, subject to any interruption in provision from our own providers. We have multiple internet connections to help ensure that we retain full connectivity.

 

Training sessions will be carried out remotely until further notice.

 

We continue to welcome enquiries from new clients, and can carry out our initial meetings virtually using Skype (gwsoffice) and provide quotes by email. Please in the first instance call us on +44 117 9724835 (9-1p.m. and 2-5p.m.) or email us on [email protected] .
